Refund Policy

At Kelson Hauling & Landscape, we stand behind the quality of our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Because our services involve labor and completed work on-site, refunds are generally not offered once a job has been completed. However, if there is an issue with the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service, and we will gladly review the situation and make reasonable corrections if needed.

In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be issued at the discretion of Kelson Hauling & Landscape based on the circumstances of the project.
